What type of safari Accommodation should I choose?

Many would say “here must be perfect all year anytime” – false.
We don’t say it cannot be nice, but for visitors coming from far experience must be the best.
The best time to visit Zanzibar is from July all the way to April. There is short rains in November, but this light rain stints can even be refreshing during the humid climate. This short rains won’t ruin your activities and beach visits.
Only months that you should avoid are April and May, this is the real rainy period, when during the day might be raining all the time. Also this period coincides with the holy month of Ramadhan, when there are some restrictions on the island, that you should respect, as this is an islamic archipelago.
It is always around 30°C more or less, whether it is winter, or summer. With the humidity slightly lower in the months from June to November, you might also pick up better rates for flights and hotels. From December the summer starts and till March this is the hottest, sunniest and the sea is the clearest, ideal for watersports and chilling on the beach.
Please remember, weather in the tropical zones are becoming unpredictable, and even following “the weather rules” you might end up having a good time and sunny days in April, or downpours in January.
